QA/Process Engineer

COMTEK International, a US consulting company with over 10 years experience in Information Technologies, is looking for Test farm maintenance Engineer and QA Engineer
for our St. Petersburg branch.
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia 
Compensation: based upon communication skills and experience from $2000 to $3000 per month

Position Description

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
- Create, improve or adapt existing process and define process guidelines/procedures/ templates to ensure adherence to CMMi requirements
- Perform audits to ensure development processes are adhered
- Provide process trainings for new process deployment and to new engineers
- Work with engineers to promote an environment that encourages participation in identifying and proposing process improvement
- coordinate process with customer’s teams responsible for the Process/Quality Assurance
- prepare documents/evidences for appraisal/assessment/audit (CMMi)

Required Knowledge/Skills:
Strong knowledge on quality system, eg CMM, CMMI
Work experience in a big project with well-established process
Experience with establishing/defining new processes and procedures
Experience with conducting reviews, inspections, audits
Experience in work with CVS or similar version control systems
Good technical English and communication skills
MS degree
Desired skills: Scripting languages (Perl, TCL, Batch), programming languages (C/C++). Bug tracking systems. Knowledge of ISO. Experience working with RTOSes, IDE. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
